Subscription Policy

Powered by Bold Subscriptions  |  Effective Date: June 2025

1. Overview

Newnique Care offers a Subscribe & Save programme powered by Bold Subscriptions, allowing customers to receive their favourite hair care products on a regular, automated basis at a discounted price. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

 

2. How It Works

When you select a subscription option at checkout, you authorise Newnique Care to automatically charge your payment method and fulfil orders at your chosen frequency until you cancel. Subscriptions are managed through your Bold Subscriptions customer portal.

 

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

3.1 Billing Frequencies

We currently offer the following delivery frequencies:

       Every 4 weeks (most popular)

       Every 6 weeks

       Every 8 weeks

 

3.2 Subscribe & Save Discount

All active subscribers receive a discount off the standard retail price. The applicable discount rate will be clearly displayed at the time of subscription and within your customer portal. Newnique Care reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

 

4. Billing & Payment

4.1 Automatic Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically on your renewal date, based on your selected frequency. The charge will be processed 1–2 days before your scheduled dispatch date to allow for order preparation.

 

4.2 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, Bold Subscriptions will automatically retry the charge up to three times over a 7-day period. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt. If payment cannot be collected after three attempts, your subscription will be paused and you will need to update your payment details via the customer portal to reactivate.

 

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as supported through our Shopify payment gateway. Payment details are stored securely and are never held by Newnique Care directly.

 

5. Shipping

Subscription orders are subject to the same shipping rates and timescales as standard orders unless a free shipping threshold or specific subscription benefit applies. Shipping costs will be displayed clearly at checkout and within your order confirmation emails.

Please ensure your delivery address is kept up to date in your customer portal. Newnique Care cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to an incorrect or outdated address.

 

6. Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management is handled through the Bold Subscriptions customer portal, accessible via the link in your subscription confirmation email or your Newnique Care account. You can:

       Skip a delivery — skip any upcoming order with no penalty

       Pause your subscription — pause for up to 3 months

       Swap a product — change the product in your subscription

       Update delivery frequency — change how often you receive orders

       Update payment details — add or replace your saved card

       Update your delivery address

       Cancel your subscription

 

All changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect on that cycle. Changes made within 48 hours will apply from the following billing cycle.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. There is no minimum commitment period.

To cancel, log in to your Bold Subscriptions customer portal and select 'Cancel Subscription'. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.

If you cancel after your billing date but before dispatch, the final order will still be fulfilled. Refunds for already-processed orders are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our standard Returns & Refunds Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt at support@newniquecare.com.

We do not offer refunds on subscription orders simply because you forgot to cancel or skip before the billing date. We strongly recommend using the skip feature in the customer portal if you do not need an order in a given cycle.

 

9. Changes to Products or Pricing

Newnique Care reserves the right to:

       Discontinue or substitute a subscribed product — in this case, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance and given the option to swap or cancel

       Amend subscription pricing — with a minimum of 30 days' written notice via email

If you do not wish to continue under revised terms, you may cancel at any time before the changes take effect.

 

10. Account & Data

Your subscription data, order history, and payment details are managed securely via Bold Subscriptions and Shopify. For full details on how your data is used and stored, please refer to our Privacy Policy at newniquecare.com/privacy-policy.
